You want to be a calm, patient parent...

You want to trust that you’re doing the right thing...

but your baby isn’t settling, isn’t sleeping well, and you’re constantly worried because you can't figure it out.

You want to enjoy this early season of parenting...

but you’ve been told broken sleep, exhaustion, and pushing through is just ‘how it is.’

I am here to help.

Sleep Nurse Dani

Hey! I'm Dani

I'm a paediatric nurse (paediatric clinical nurse specialist if we're being specific) with 10+ years of paediatric nursing experience, and I'm an internationally recognised, certified infant & child sleep consultant (not just a random on the internet who calls themself one).

I am a Mum of two kids, who have both had medical challenges that significantly impacted their sleep - I understand the mind numbing torture that sleep deprivation brings, and I know what it's like to come out the other side.

I've supported countless families in regaining their sleep, and I'm proud of my non-judgemental, understanding personality, which allows me to support families with all parenting styles, and babies with all different temperaments - sleep is not one size fits all.

Do any of these sound like you?

  • You feel like you've tried everything - different wake windows, different lullabies, more naps, less naps, earlier bedtime, later bedtime, and nothing works

  • You can't figure out if your baby is overtired... or undertired? Hungry? Has a sore belly? Teething? Going through a regression?

  • Your relationship with your partner is drifting but you can't get past the resentment of how you're the one up every hour overnight?

  • You need to go back to work soon, but can't imagine going back while getting so little sleep.

  • You've researched sleep everywhere - google, chat gpt, sleep consultants instagrams, but sleep still isn't coming together.

What if I told you, this isn't how it's meant to be. This isn't how it should be. You don't have to just keep pushing through.

Improving sleep is not only in your best interest, but your baby's too.

With the right support, your baby can sleep better.... and your early parenting journey can be enjoyable, just like you always imagined.

How the membership works

You start with short, easy to follow video lessons of everything you need to know to regain your sleep.

All of the content inside this program is evidence based; written and taught by Dani, paediatric nurse and sleep consultant.

This is where you build confidence and stop second-guessing.

Baby sleep is a largely unregulated industry, which is why so much advice online feels fear-based, misleading, or written to please algorithms rather than parents.

Everything is here... and I guide you on where to start, what to focus on, and how to change course if something isn’t working.

Short, instructional videos are often all that’s offered when it comes to baby sleep. And while education matters, I know it's not enough on its own.

That’s where this membership is different to an e-book, course, or digital download you may have seen

Every baby is different.
Sleep isn’t a formula, it’s a puzzle.
And parents shouldn’t be left to figure it out alone.

One of the biggest reasons families remain stuck in sleep deprivation and survival mode is a lack of ongoing support. And the impact of this goes far beyond broken nights.

Around 1 in 5 mothers experience postnatal anxiety or depression, with sleep deprivation and chronic stress being significant contributing factors. Far too often, parents are expected to “just cope” with very little guidance or reassurance.

This is why education and support go hand in hand.

This is why this membership works.

Inside the membership, you’ll have access to a private, supportive Facebook community. Think of it as your village of like-minded parents (including me) who truly understand this season. You can post questions as they come up, and I host weekly live Q&A sessions so you’re never left second-guessing yourself.

This is what removes the overwhelm, and stops you feeling stuck.

Support for your baby... and YOU

Sleep deprivation affects the whole family -this membership supports your baby’s sleep and your wellbeing.

Ongoing night waking isn’t just a phase.

Early parenting research recognises severe sleep disturbance in babies over 6months as when one or more of the following occurs five or more times per week over a period of time:

  • Consistently waking more than three times a night

  • Consistently taking longer than 30 minutes to settle

  • Remaining awake for 20 minutes or more after waking

  • Regularly moving into a parent or caregiver’s bed

  • Sleep and settling difficulties that cause parents or caregivers significant distress

That definition even shocked me. Many of the families I’ve worked with experience several, if not all, of these signs, yet are still made to feel this is “just motherhood”, so don't seek out support!

Research shows that ongoing infant sleep disturbance significantly affects parental relationships, their sleep, mental health, and day-to-day functioning... for both mothers and fathers.

This isn't how parenting is meant to be!!

Every parent deserves to enjoy those precious early years... not just survive them in a fog of sleep deprivation.

Lets help you get more sleep, at your own pace, in a way that feels right for your baby, for you, and for your family.

Frequently asked questions

I’m exhausted. What if I don’t have the energy to do this “properly”?

That’s exactly why this membership exists.

You don’t need to overhaul everything or follow a perfect plan. You work through sleep challenges at your own pace. Unlike my 1:1 clients who only have me for a 1 or 2 week intensive, you’re here, in the village, for as long as you need. I expect most families will start with one small change, that feels most manageable. If it ever feels too much, that’s exactly what I’m there for... to help break it down into achievable steps, one thing at a time.

Is this cry-it-out?

No.

I pride myself on being open-minded and non-judgemental. It’s a cornerstone of nursing and of how I support families.

I respect all parenting styles, which is why I cover all evidence-based methods, from gentle to faster approaches. I explain:

  • The pros and cons of each method

  • How to pivot if something isn’t working

  • How to make an educated decision based on your baby’s temperament and your parenting style

Sleep is not one-size-fits-all.

While cry-it-out is technically evidence-based, parents don’t need me to help them simply close a door. The fastest approach I align with is still responsive (such as spaced soothing), alongside gentler options like gradual withdrawal, pick up put down, habit stacking, and ladder of assistance.

Why is enrolment only open for a short time?

Because there’s only one of me, and I want to support members properly from the very beginning.

Every new member receives:

  • A sleep and health questionnaire that I personally review

  • Guidance from me on the best starting point inside the membership, based on your current sleep struggles & goals

  • A live new-member check-in video call a couple of weeks after enrolments close

Sleep is hard, and making changes to sleep is harder. I don’t want anyone joining and feeling lost or left behind – ‘village’ is literally in the name.

But will online training work for my baby?

Sleep support needs to be tailored to your baby’s temperament, which is what I've incorporated into each lesson.

This isn’t “watch the videos and hope for the best”. I’m here, inside the village, doing the weekly live Q&As, helping you interpret what you’re seeing, finding the missing puzzle piece, adjust strategies that don’t suit your baby, and help you make changes that feel realistic for your family.

If at any point you feel that one-on-one support is more aligned for your family, you can always book 1:1 sleep support instead.

That said, this membership is very different to anything else you’ll find online. For many families, this membership provides exactly the level of support they need, and more.

My child is older – is it too late?

Absolutely not.

The membership is designed primarily for babies 4–12 months, but sleep foundations are universal. I include guidance and adjustments for older babies and toddlers too. The temperament information, troubleshooting, and decision-making framework is exactly the same, we just adjust the approach based on age.

I’m unsure about the cost. Is this really worth it?

That’s a completely valid question.

It's priced to give you the confidence and support you need to get on top of sleep, without paying many hundreds of dollars for one-off, 1:1 support.

  • Founding member pricing means that you lock in this low rate even as the membership expands. You're receiving ongoing support, not just a single consult & PDF.

  • It’s also important to consider the level of expertise you’re getting access to. You’re supported by someone who is both a highly experienced paediatric nurse, and a qualified sleep consultant

Health plays a huge role in sleep. Things like constipation, eczema, digestive changes with starting solids, or the many respiratory illnesses babies experience in their first year can all have a big impact on sleep. Funnily enough, these are areas I regularly support families through, even though they've sought me out for help with sleep!

  • For many families, this membership will replace multiple one-off consults, paid digital downloads or sleep products that don't actually fix the problem (yes - you don't need another sound machine or red light!!)

Instead, you have ongoing education and personalised guidance, at a fraction of the cost of 1:1 care.
